The online reservation system will not be available during the maintenance.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Consultation for Internal Medicine will be made only by reservation.
Internal Medicine Consultation Hours: WEEKDAYS: 9：00～12：30、14：00～17：00
Deadline for reservation on the actual day will be closed 2 hours prior to the reservation time.

Website Access Hours (24 hours year round)

Reservations will be accepted on the weekday 3 months prior to the reservation day.
If the weekday two weeks prior to the reservation day is a holiday, reservation will start from the
first business day after the holiday.

If you wish to make an appointment, we would be happy to arrange it over the phone.

Notice

The time for the consultation will basically be done within 10 minutes.
The reservation time may be changed due to medical necessity or emergency.
If you prefer to have more than 10 minutes for consultation, please make a reservation for two
consecutive slots. If this is the case, you will be charged 7,000 yen in addition to the
consultation fee (Patient Selected Extra Medical Care).
If you make cancellations without notice, you will be charged 7,000 yen per the reservation
slot as a cancellation fee upon your next visit to the clinic.
※Reservations made while you are at the clinic are not able to be cancelled on the website.
If you need to make any changes, please contact the clinic.
※ If you have been told by the physician that you will have a blood test on your next visit,
you must come about 1 hour prior to the reserved time. If you have any type of examination
scheduled please come to the clinic on time.
