Notice of Temporary Suspension of Online Outpatient Reservation Service
Please be informed that our online reservation system will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance during the following period:
9:00 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2025 ? 9:00 AM, Sunday, January 4, 2026
During this time, you will not be able to make new appointments, reschedule, or cancel existing ones.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
2026年4月18日(土) 21時～2026年4月19日(日)8時までシステムメンテナンスを実施いたします。
メンテナンス中はWEB予約システムをご利用いただけません。
※メンテナンス時間は前後する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

System maintenance will be performed rom 9:00 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026, to 8:00 AM on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
The online reservation system will not be available during the maintenance.

■内科診療の受付時間は、平日9：00～12：30、14：00～17：30となります。但し、当日の予約枠が上限に達した時点で受付終了とさせていただきます。※初診・検査・点滴受付：午前は12：00まで、午後は17：00まで（初めての点滴、前回と異なる点滴御希望の場合午後は16：30まで）
■WEB上でのご予約内容の変更は当日のご予約時間の２時間前までとさせていただきます。それ以降の変更・キャンセルにつきましては、お電話にてご連絡ください。(TEL：03-5413-0080)
■内科と手外科外来のみWEB予約可能です。
（手外科外来は全てのご予約に対し、一律1,100円のご予約料が発生します）
■その他の専門外来はお電話で予約をお願いいたします。
■当日予約枠が上限に達した時点で受付終了とさせていただきます。
■WEB上の予約・変更・キャンセルは予約時間の2時間前までとさせていただきます。それ以降はお手数ですがお電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。
